Z and G brakes the same?
just wondering if the Z brakes and components are the same as the G. need new pads and rotors soon and thought i'd go ahead and start looking for around online and some of the Z enthusiast sites have nice deals.
Tire Rack is an authorized Hawk pad dealer, I think. Ask Neal, he's our rep. (Neal@TireRack is his screenname I think).
I don't know if they're the same, but would guess they are. Would a Ford move if they weren't.
Then again, I did a quick search for pads for my car and they show nothing matching thru the website. Odd.

Depends which years, options etc. Best to check stickies on rotor diameters, # of pistons etc before buying. Plus the vendors should be able to tell you what will fit yor car.

ok thanks guys. i've been keeping my eyes open for brembos at the local salvage yards but, no luck and my rotors really need to be changed. they're pretty warped. i'd like to get a set of drilled rotors and some better pads but, haven't really found any rotors at a decent price.
I have a set of Brembos Drilled Rotors, closed out, yours $300 shipped, it's BOTH rotors, I can get you stock pads or G3 premium racing pads, have to check costs but at the very least the Rotors retail $595! if you're interested let me know!
