Wrong.

The bolts holding the coilovers to the car costs more than the car.

how did you do this.

can you just do it or do you have to contact the city/whatever.

Sadly, if that gutter isn't deep enough and the angle isn't correct you could end up with a river in your front yard. What do you care, you no longer drag....

I have no issues with water whatsoever.
