You know...worked on the stereo...Replaced a couple door speakers, threw some amps in the trunk. Not done w/ the amps yet.

 

I drove it into something. Only me made it back to take a picture.

Mazda 3 is $19-26K depending on which model you get.


I wouldn't worry about who's car is more expensive. I paid nearly $30K for my G35x and now a 5 year old civic is probably worth more than it. I still sleep well at night.

 

Oh gotcha..Yea Ive RTV'd for a broken exhaust manifold stud before on my S14. Dang right I break all kinds of studs/bolts.

 

Yep, its all about Year and mileage. I bet a Mazda 3 isn't as fun tho.

 

Depends on what you consider fun. I've driven a manual transmission Mazda 6 before and it was a fun, snappy car to drive. I liked it even though I would never own a FWD car. Some of those little cars like Mini and Fiat are slow as *****, but pretty snappy in a turn. That can be fun if it's your thing.

When i used to autoX actively, one of the most fun vehicles i got to race was a coworkers supercharged Mazda Miata. I used to like driving that around the track more than some of the Porsche's, corvette Zo6's and Vipers that used to show up.

Last year speciality Z came here & tuned few cars over the weekend. Hoping they would do it again next summer.

well i personally dont care if my car is worth more or less then a mazda 3 or anybody else's car because i purchased this car 4 years ago for a reason, because its my favorite car for under 50 grand, besides a g37 ipl edition. ( i paid 21.5 ) but the jerk off was all like " your 2002 g35 (LOL) is barely worth 10grand i spent more then that on a downpayment for my 2015 mazda 3"

but as somebody else said i dont see that car being a fun daily at all lol.

after he said he owned a mazda i stopped replying. he owned himself.

 

Was it a speed3 tho? Cuz those are fun. Those would take a G from a 40 roll stock for stock, but the G would take it from a dig cuz its easier to launch. A lot more potential for cheap easy HP too. Responds very well to mods.

 

Finally got around to doing this mod. Also painted my grille black, just waiting for it to dry so I can put it back on.
