Anyone know if an HR y-pipe on a RevUp motor is anything worth looking into?

As far as I know the main restriction in the exhaust are the stock cats. Something worth looking into before the Y.

If I do HFC or art test pipes it'll be too loud. Honestly just want quietness. Going for the sleeper/hate cops harassing me
