I do like the lipped trunk. Been thinking of removing my spoiler.

modding= to make different, modify. Who is to judge but the owner? If I don't like it, I change it. I'm different from a lot of owners here apparently, I don't pay for work to be done...it's all in house my own two hands. That's how I did business for over 10 years, now I just do it for myself and select friends.

I just started a thread over in Coupe land..follow there for the full back story on this car. Let's not clutter this one.

Edit..just saw the vids.. very nice sound. Unfortunately turbo and NA exhaust tone is a world of difference. You have those two tiny fans chopping up the exhaust noise into little soft bits.
When I had my plate ordered I wasn't thinking of you, it was definitely another forum member though.
Mod it your way for sure, whether you like it or not when it's posted on this forum you're gonna get feedback. Positive or negative don't matter but it's gonna happen. If it's positive that's awesome. If it's negative just move on. Like I said before, don't get butt hurt.

And your Paul walker modding story is cool, however you're not the only one. Everything on both of my cars (The white Q50 you see in the background) were done by me at home. Including the engine work and the paint as well. Same goes to most active members on this forum.

As for the sound motordyne is one of the best sounding exhausts for the VQ and most people on this forum and other forums can vouch for that. Here's a clip before FI

Glad to be among like-minded enthusiasts that can get their hands dirty and accomplish something good.

I don't mind criticism, I don't mind snide remarks, whatevs... but don't get "butt hurt" either when I state my reason/position or reply in kind to a smart a$$ comment..comes with the territory I'm well aware. Like I said I'm not looking for compliments, approval, validation or the meaning of life in someone's opinion of my current toy that just happens to be my ride to work.

Been a long night at work..I'm tired. But I'll just leave this here. Version 1 of my exhaust. Changes planned to smooth it out, but I'm afraid that with the long tube headers it will always rasp.

Start up the other day, tach'd to 7k and accidentally blew the lid off the rice cooker. Phone was flat on the concrete 3' behind the car. When I got back out of the car it was 6' behind it.

Buuut.. if this reminds you of your *****, then your problem is obvious, and I do feel bad for you son.

I wanted an exotic look and sound with this exhaust. I achieved it for the most part. I may go back in and swap out the turbo tube resonator for another borla tube muffler to smooth the tone a bit more.
Some say it looks like flacid peni; I say it looks like two poops coming out of two buttholes at the same time. You could have had your exhaust come out of your actual butthole and it would have been a better idea. I hate it.

So much hate on here lately. I thought we were better than the Honda and BMW forums.

So I guess the g37 and 370z come with pretty flat rear fenders from factory fyi. Unreal wat a difference offsets the g35 and g37 have. My wheels that I thought weren't aggressive at all are now pretty aggressive on the g37 lol

And now having had both cars Idk how the g37 is less than an inch bigger overall. The cars visually way bigger.
