I can say from experience do it! I still have the G in the family but I've wanted a GTO forever. I bought a mint, low miles 06 Goat last year and LOVE it. Still drive the G from time to time and still love her as well but these days if it's the GTO or the G, the GTO every time!!

Test fit of my Weds. Front pokes 1.5" since I have to run 20mm spacers to clear the front calipers. Yay for real wheels, I blame JT for the fitment (not really). I love them tho, but the G is going to be drift stanced for a bit. 4.5" lips in front and 5" lips in rear.

C6 or C7? Either way do it if you feel the need. I'd love to own a vette someday, but don't have any plans to sell the G

One day I'm like it needs to be polished and waxed. Than the next day I'll do something in the bay. I'm gonna attempt a push start, maybe have a few flush mounted USB mounts, etc. My nav hole is still a hole and my upper glove box is empty so I have wasted space.

I'm preparing to Install Samsung 7" tablet into Nav lifting dash
which gets connected through GROM and bluetooth to car...

Not a trivial installation, needs a lot of electronic integration regarding powering and turning on/off

Only tablet in market that fits properly. I will provide more info and pics later if you want

2005 G35x Have a nice day everyone!

edit: lol just took em to a tire shop with a press

Did you get those studs out yet. Its funny one minute your on wheel studs, the next wiring in a radar.

I know I didn't misread that you are wiring in a 9500ci. I don't think people who saw your post that realize that this is a $2,000 radar. Not just a expensive radar but probably the best radar money can buy. I probably won't even ever meet anyone who owns a 9500ci. This is definitely big baller territory so I'm tagging you with that title, ha.

For guys who don't know about this https://www.escortradar.com/passport9500ci/

cake were you the one earlier in the week who posted a 3d machined insert for the holes in the engine bay. I can't remember and I'm already in the reply with multi quote. If so can they be smoothed for a painted application.

yeah i just finished reinstalling the 25mm slip on spacers in the rear. freaking 20mm ones were already rusted on and i havent even driven the car! lol took me and a buddy a couple hours to get the spacers off. had to go buy a rubber mallet.

lol far from big ballin. picked it up used for 400$ and it was missing the display ($100 from escort) and then i bought the laser shifter pros for 450$. definitely not the best radar though. the radar is good but the laser shifting is defenseless against the newer laser guns like the dragon eye.

and for the 3d printed parts, yeah its just painted with like a thick paint, they could be printed smooth as well
