No clue, I think it was built on a friday after 4 or something lol - I had front end noise after replacing all of the bad bushings, ball joints, tie rods and doing full brake refresh and alignment (95% spec)...so I replaced both of them because there was no record of them being replaced @78k, but still had a faint noise at speeds over 45. I thought it was tire noise from uneven wear on tires that were on when I got the car with bad bushings/misalignment, but it got worse. Spent a lot of time trying to figure it out (because I replaced it) and also, it felt solid when turned by hand with no play (and definitely felt better than the part it replaced). Took it to a trusted shop that said everything was up to muster and that my tires did have uneven wear. She's been parked for a while, but on a recent trip on windy roads I could hear that the noise quieted completely on right curves! So I put in a call to amzn and got a replacement and wrapped up install and enjoyed my first drive without excessive noise or vibration not counting the shockwaves))) last night.

When I got the replacement I put my steth on the center of the bad driver side and could hear bearing noise when turning by hand. The good replacement makes virtually no noise when turning by hand. Honestly wish I had thought of that before when I was being frustrated by the persistent noise...maybe give that a try.

Leaving the stance game for good. New wheels arrived a few days ago, 18x11 with 305/30 squared. Have new wheel bearings, compression arms, and ball joints coming in today. Car is still way too low currently, going to adjust ride height while I'm working on the front end. Going to start parting out the interior if anyone is interested...

Yay I wondered when you would get tired of the stanced life. I honestly don't miss driving the G and worrying about every pothole, speed bump, hump in the road, steep incline etc. My Goat is pretty low from the factory so I still have to be careful with curb stops and the like but it's bearable.

I'm a little sad you've chosen to go full racecar and completely strip the interior on what looks like a pretty clean looking modified G with a nice black interior but that thing's gonna rip on a track with those tires. Glad you came around though, you seemed way too smart to be a stance kid lol.
