Got pulled over at 1 in the morning going home from work for doing 65kph in a 60kph zone (You're safe even if you do 10kph over).

The cop comes up to my window and says "you know I had to do 110kph to catch up to you" and I said "So you're saying I was doing 110kph?!" then he says "well no I didn't have my radar but you were doing like 80" then I said "LIKE 80? what does that even mean?? I was doing 65 in a 60." then he goes "well you were going pretty fast you don't need to lie to me, also I'm not gonna give you a ticket for your plate cover but you should really take it off because it is an offence that your plate isn't clearly visible". I told him that he shouldn't accuse people of lying based on assumption and not having supporting facts and evidence. Also that my plate cover was bought at a well known local automotive store (Canadian Tire) and I didn't realize that some of the things they sell were illegal.

He then complimented me on my CV3's and sent me on my way. I really hate being called a liar....

You must be occidental. Because anyone else speaking like that to a cop would have been tazed and beaten.

My friend who has a history of being a smart-azz got himself and a friend arrested talking like that to 3 cops. We were at a parking lot looking for a spot when we asked a lady if she was getting out. For some reason biotch gave us an attitude and my friend got out the car as the lady was throwing water at my car.

Then I got out and said 'WTF'.

No more than 3 seconds later, we were surrounded by 4 patrol car. Thinking back, it looks like it was a setup. No way can the cops show up that fast...

The lady drove off w/o even talking to the cops. The cops didn't even bother asking her what happened. We were questioned, checked for weapons and there were going to let us go with just a warning for causing a "disturbance". My smart-azz friend was speaking very rudely to one of the cops. Then cop had enough and handcuffed him.

He then said, everyone who "got out of the car" is getting arrested". Funny thing was, I wasn't arrested. Instead, my other friend who was in the back seat was handcuffed. LOL

I told the cop, hold up, I was the one who got out the car. But the cop didn't believe me. He said "I saw that guy get out of the car". So they were taken to the station. I and my other friend decided to just head to a pool hall.

2 hours later, the 2 guys showed up at the pool hall all pissed. The guy who was arrested for doing nothing was really pissed. LOL I was like, don't look at me. I told the cops it was me. Blame that smart-azz over there for opening his big mouth.

No I live in Tx so heatsoak's a b!tch and the Furookie intake is a wide open filter. I've run the R2C setup for 3 years and am very happy with it. The TB will be on Friday morning and I'll get re-tuned soon. I'll post the results in the thread in the engine/drivetrain sub-forum.

Finished up the fabrication for 75mm TB install without adapters. Will post a complete MOD thread in near future showing how it was done. By no means is it a Plug N' Play install.
