Paint the lower sills to match your car like your freinds. You definitely need a drop, but painting the sills will also make it look lower. In your picture it's dark and the sills are black so it looks higher than it already is, like 3" higher.. 4x4 status fo real. Oh yea, don't listen to rappers advice.

Yea yea I know it needs a drop but I was in dying need of new tires and I didn't want to spend money putting summer tires on the OEM rims because I'm gonna be putting winter tires on them. I'll drop it on springs first and then coils.... eventually.

For those who are wondering, they are staggered 19 inch. I considered the 20's since I rarely ever see anyone put on 19's but here in Toronto all the potholes and stuff.... Plus the song Rack City by Tyga says "too much rim make the ride too hard"

My mom really dislikes them for some reason. She keeps saying why I didn't go for more spokes and why I didn't bring her rim shopping. All my friends love it so

Anyway I'll take good and bad comments now lay them on me!!
Nice

I definitely noticed that the car appeared more monster truck like after I put them on. Probably because they stick out more. Now I really really need a drop lol

Yea I've been wanting to get those sills painted since I first got the car and I got a quote from my friend's dad who owns a body shop and he said it'll be around $1'000 and there's no garuntee that the paint will last because it might peel or crack over time. For that price I'm just gonna switch out the bumpers and side skirts one day. Oh and my friends car is an '06 so his came like that stock.

I've been paying close attention to the rims every time I approach and walk away from the car and I think I'm regretting not getting 20's but then I think about the pot holes and yea... If only they had a 19.5 size

Your friends dad is quoting you too much. I paid $600 for my wife's sedan and i still feel I paid too much. 6 years now and no peel.

19's or 20's there's no way around it. Lower that shiiii

If he is quoting you $1000. That's another way of someone saying they don't want to do the work. That or he has no confidence in himself and shouldn't be doing what he's doing.

Not overly crazy about the wheels, I actually like the painted white ones though! It will do worlds for that car once its lowered, probably change my outlook on it. Keep up the good work none the less!
