If you have a can of compound laying around, take a little bit on a microfiber towel and try to buff a real small area. I bet your haze starts to go away! Then if it does go get a $25 headlight restorer kit and you should be done in an hour.

If I were to get something like.. for example..lets say.. this

How difficult do you think it would cost to install it along with an HID kit and how much more extra would I have to spend after I get the headlights?

It's on the inside of the headlight
