at this point, i would request for it to be totalled and written off. even if they pay to fix it.. its just more trouble for you down the road. harder to sell, problems with the car later.. etc.

Honestly, I'd take the money over a repaired car. It will never be the same, nothing will line up like it did, and problems in the future will show up, and thats before you try to sell a vehicle thats been in an accident later on.
