I think this hole is from something being placed on the seat but I never thought it would rip this easily. It goes all the way though. How do I fix it before it gets worse?

You're gonna have to get that piece replaced probably for it to be done right..

 

For all of the people recommending calling someone, I don't think that was the point. Calling someone is an obvious solution. I think the point is what would that "someone" do to fix the problem?

 

I don't mind having someone fix it but I don't want the whole panel replaced for several reasons. It will cost a fortune, it will take a long time, it will be difficult and it probably won't look factory. How much would someone charge to fix it? Is there a kit that someone could recommend to do it at home?

 

perforated leather is hard to fix. Get a Piece of Clear box tape so it doesn't spread.

 

There's no fixing that. Go to micheal's and get a leather repair kit if you want to patch it up. It will look like crap but if that's what you're looking for, that's all there is.

I've seen some leather repair kits before that can sort of blend it but honestly I never thought they looked quite the same.

I received a quote from a mobile guy for $125 to patch it. He said it won't look perfect which I'm alright with as long as it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.
