How to repair torn leather? (pic)

I think this hole is from something being placed on the seat but I never thought it would rip this easily. It goes all the way though. How do I fix it before it gets worse?
For all of the people recommending calling someone, I don't think that was the point. Calling someone is an obvious solution. I think the point is what would that "someone" do to fix the problem?
I don't mind having someone fix it but I don't want the whole panel replaced for several reasons. It will cost a fortune, it will take a long time, it will be difficult and it probably won't look factory. How much would someone charge to fix it? Is there a kit that someone could recommend to do it at home?

There's no fixing that. Go to micheal's and get a leather repair kit if you want to patch it up. It will look like crap but if that's what you're looking for, that's all there is.
