Depends on how the user asks. If it seems he somewhat knows what he is talking about (ie at least googled the question for some info) then I will typically provide him with a straight answer.
If he comes on, doesnt know jack **** and expects to be spoon fed, I will flame. With 8 times out of 10, this is the case.

I'm halfway away from Infiniti now. I've already purchased a replacement in a small SUV mode with better fuel economy than what Infiniti offers. I'll likely be selling my 04 within the next 6 months. My G, with 111,000 miles, still runs fine. Replaced spark plugs on schedule, and had a last 2,000 mile road trip in May in the mountains.
A competitive market requires a lot of work, and it appeared that, for awhile, Infiniti coasted a little bit.

It doesn't help that, with Infiniti being a smaller brand than some other companies, that they can't fill as many niches as some other companies.
