Anyone know what this whining sound is?

https://www.dropbox.com/s/vcbcrgahor...2020.23.11.mp4

It only happens when I rev the car, and it stops after a few seconds of not revving it.
I don't know if this is a normal sound like some fan just kicking in or if it is a bad sound, just want to make sure its not anything bad.

Thanks

lol dropbox is a huge well known program, I probably trust it more than youtube. This is just a direct link to the .mp4 file.

I couldn't tell what you were talking about from the video. Does the sound go away after a minute or so? My car makes a weird whining sound when you blip the throttle like that but it goes away pretty quick after I crank the car. I've just learned to ignore it, but I'd love to know what it was. Mine's a low pitched, mechanical sounding whine, that varies with rpm up to like 2000rpms or so. Does that sound like the same thing you're hearing?

I don't like the sound of that. Seems like something is straining in the belt line. Keep an ear on it.

Does the sound change at all when you turn the steering wheel?

No it doesn't make the sound when I move the wheel, only for a few seconds right after start-up and after I give it some gas. Here is another video https://www.dropbox.com/s/z2h38e8671...2000.45.57.mp4 (may be hard to hear w/o headphones).

Best to ask a local mechanic or something and see if they know anything better.
Try to find the source of the sound by walking around and checking out the engine

Is it any different with clutch pressed versus clutch clutch out?
