Sucks about the car, but it seems like you're all good and that's what matters.

My biggest fear when riding my CBR!. Glad you are ok now. I am just near the end of settling a claim from a year ago, silly driver crossed 3 lanes and ran into the passenger where I was sitting. I got a lawyer immediately. I have been offered a first settlement plus expenses. My wife has a ways to go yet. Good luck on your dealings with the insurance company and replacing your ride. On a moto, the rider would likely be dead! So many idiots on the road!
