I want to lower my G35 about 1.5 inches - 2 inches. Do you think that 2 inches will be too low for a daily driver? What do you think is the best kit for this? If you could leave a link as well that would be great! Thanks

Don't cut the springs unless you're a pro, that's my $0.02, look around at lowering kits and then make your decision once you've been informed of all your choices

FreshVQ, one of the options you can check is Bilstein Coilover Kit http://www.carid.com/2003-infiniti-g...-17163012.html You will be able to get lowering of approx. 1.18"-1.96" at front and rear.

tein for a mild drop i think theyre 1.5, or you can go eibach sportlines is you want it much lower. I have sportline on mine and its too low. You can't go over speed bumbs, you have to go sideways up driveways while cars behind you are honking because they don't understand you cant just fly up the driveway. Its a hassle.

Yeah mine is only 1.5in and it's more than enough. I recommend staying around that number. driveways and speed bumps still suck

I love the way it looks and I get a ton of compliments on it. But the truth is I'm at the muffler shop every couple months to get another leak patched or flex pipe replaced. And even been turned down at some shops because they told me its too low to get on the rack.

Those look like sportlines, which eibach says 1.6" drop in the front and a 1.4" in the back. See what color the springs are, sport lines are red.
