Hey Everyone So I Bought An 04 G35 Back In March From Private Party On Craigslist Yes A Mistake Any Way The Next Morning I Went To Start It And It Smoked a Thick White Smoke That Smells Kinda Like Burning Oil So It's Been Sitting For Awhile I Looked In To What It Could Be And Everything Came To It Being a Blown Head Gasket Which I Dont Know What It Drive Like If So? It Drives Good But Not The Check Engine Light Is Staying On An On The Navigation Screen Says EMISSION CONTROL MALFUNCTION Saying Check The Gas Cap Or It Can Mean A Few Other Things So What Do You All Think Blown Head Gasket Or Dose The Smokeing Have To Do With Something To Do With This EMISSION CONTROL MALFUNCTION THING AN WHAT'S THAT MEAN ANYWAY.... Secondly, buying a car from CL is not a mistake if you do your research and inspect the vehicle properly. Recently bought my 06 sedan on CL and having a ball!

Anyways, have it inspected at a shop if you have no clue what to look for or what you're doing. Good luck.
