Take off the door panel, unplug the window motor harness, grab your digital multimeter and see if it has power for both up and down at the harness. I believe polarity just reverses depending on up/down, verify by testing a functional window. If you have power then it's just the motor is fried.

That's i first thing i did. Power is reading for both up and down but only the down function is operational for both my windows. If my motor is fried i'm going to be pissed just replaced it not even a year ago.

Do you think it could be that my car is in accessory mode? and if i were to start it the windows would be able to go up?

Fuse Block - J/B inside the cabin at the drivers left foot, check fuses 1 (top left) and fuse 18 (bottom row 7'th from the left), both are 10 amp fuses for the sunroof. I suspect your window motor is fried sorry, if you want to test it take the motor off and plug it in on the other door, I think the harness is the same but the motors are backwards.

I suspect its a wiring issue and not my motor. Don't think that the motors on each door would go randomly at the same time considering there both pretty much brand new.

Ohhh I misunderstood you, BOTH windows perform the same, that makes me think your BCM is going out since the signals all route through it. Probably going to require a trip to Nissan and a diagnostic to confirm.
