Her Name is GG and i wanna know if she's worth it
New user to this site, long story short My mom has given me the guys to her 2003 g35 sedan 4 cylinder, she as about 220k miles on her. She still runs fine and as far as my mom knew she had a majority of her parts replaced already by the dealership she was bought used at around 150k back when i was in high school and the only things i've had to mess with are the tires, break pads, and radiator hose . I just wanna know if it would would be worth it to put money into her cause i already have a few ideas but i'm incredibly afraid of something un repairable happening at this point

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

No such thing as a 4 cyl. G35. The 35 refers to the 3.5 liter 6 cylinder VQDE motor. With 220K miles any extra money thrown into performance/appearance mods is risky as you don't know how much life she has left in her.
Homework
Look at the dealership inspection sheet so you can understand what are worn parts that needed replacing. At 220k, I would be thinking twice about doing mods especially if it is automatic why bother?
If you really have the itch to mod, do an engine compression test on those 6 cylinders. You want to know if the engine is healthy and that should give you an idea how long will it last you. GL

Did you graduate?

There is a 4 cylinder G/V35 but it's no longer called G35 but 250GT. It's a 2.5L. So in North America it would be called G25. Basically your car is a Skyline 250GTm with an Infiniti badge.

You're correct that a Nissan 250GT is 2.5 liters, but it's still a V6
IIRC Mazda made a 2L or so V6 a decade or two ago, it's apparently a good engine (I've done very little research).
A 2.5 V6 sounds interesting; with that little reciprocating mass compared to a 3.5, you could probably get that sucker to rev pretty high, assuming the internals are up to par. They probably aren't, but one can dream.

With that kind of mileage trade it in, it might cover the taxes on your next purchase.
