Throttle Body
Just had a quick question.
Im about to change add a cold air package as well as TB spacers and was curious about whether i will need 2 gaskets for the TB. The spacer comes with 2 but do i need 2 more for the other side of the TB.
Oh forgot to add the G35 has 2 throttle bodies

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
Don't waste your money on a TB spacer. They are a hotly debated topic on here but I'm on the side of they don't do anything to warrant the time and money spent installing them. Also know that a CAI will not create much more power if any, often times they lose power because 90% of the POS systems out there just suck hot air from the engine bay and feed it to the motor. They can look cool and produce a killer sound but that's all you're going to get out of them.
There's more info than you can read in 5 lifetimes about this topic in the Engine/Drivetrain sub-forum but the consensus is just get yourself a quality drop-in filter for the stock airbox, add a Z tube and call it a day. The factory airbox is a great sealed design that pressurizes air, keeps it as cool as possible and is efficient as hell.

Everything I've read about CAI is like you say, they may give you a better sound and look cool (when the hood is open) but they realistically do NOT increase power, contrary to manufacturer's claims. Many years ago they may have done so if the stock intake system was poorly designed but that doesn't seem to be the case with modern cars.
