Lowering g35 sedan

Hey guys im new to the g35 and i have a sedan I recently put some wheels on it 19x9.5 front and 19x10 on rear and i had the problem that my rear qps hit with the tires i have looked into camber arm would else would i need to camber the rear wheels? I have heard about toe arms or toe bolts something like that but not to sure
any help????
