UPDATE! on HELP!!!!!!!!

So, I replaced the radiator fans and refilled the coolant, which fixed the overheating problem, but now my car is is idling really, really rough. The rpm's are going all over the place. Also my car is now jerking on acceleration which I'm told may be spark plugs? And the "service engine soon" light is still on. Any suggestions?

Have you read what codes the ECU is putting out for the SES light?

I haven't read any codes but cleaned out the intake which actually "fixed" the idle and acceleration problems, but the SES light is still on, I'll probably have to get to an auto store to find any codes

Definitely head to an Autozone/Pep Boys/O'Reilly's and grab their scan tool to read and record the codes, then erase them. If the light comes back on, something is still wrong.

Alternatively, you can perform the ECU reset procedure on your own, but you won't know what codes you had before.

First things first, pull the codes!
If you have a high or erradic idle AND you cleaned the throttle body, you need to do an idle re-learn:
