i have an 05 g35 rev up - im going to order the upgraded 75mm throttle body - my car is tuned, injen cai - & annoying straight piped exhaust, would I need to have my tune re done when putting the upgraded throttle body?! Or am I good to just put the new throttle body on and go about my rukus ☺️

It's not required, if you upgrade to a 3.5" or larger intake tube then yes because the MAF calibration will be all out of whack.
