Rocco & Roxie pet odor neutralizer works on human urine as well.
EDIT: a bit of a warning, that stuff will immediately leave the MOST POWERFUL peppermint scent you've ever smelled in your life, it will burn your eyes it's so f'n strong. That smell dissipates pretty quickly over a couple days though, you will probably need to leave your windows cracked a bit while it's drying out though.
