So this is going to sound kind of crazy but I basically have woken up to a completely different car as I believe is true no matter what anybody tells me. I have a 2008 G 35 sedan.

the engine model number/sequence on my 08 G35 is RXEV35- Can someone tell me what the letter R,X, and E stand for?

 

Where are you getting this number from?

Open the hood and look on the strut tower for the metal Nissan assembly sticker, that will tell you what engine you have. Should be a VQ35HR
