I really love it so far but I have a couple problems.

When I accelerate hard the brake light comes on for a couple seconds. Does that mean I just need more brake fluid?

When I roll my windows down the smell of gas comes into the car.

If anyone knows about these problems that would be great, thank you!

First thing is that you learn how to spell INFINITI if you want anyone in this forum to respond to your questions.
Your more than likely are low on brake fluid. Top off the break reservoir with brake fluid. If the existing fluid is dark, flush the system with fresh brake fluid.
Smell of gas could be a gas leaking somewhere. With the engine running check the fuel injectors, fuel injector rails, lines all the way back to the gas tank.

its Infiniti, also you could potentially have low brake fluid, and most likely, an exhaust leak or bad o2, but you'd get a code for that. try and jack up the car and check your exhaust system for any damage, if you live in a northern state there's probably rust damage.
