Isn't BMW has life time free maint? In essence, there is not much price difference on the car, but you are pre-paying for all the maint. and hence the $7K difference on the sales price.

Infiniti name plate is highend, but not the G. The G is Infiniti's entry level luxo product.

Quote: Nope. My SL and E-Class has no rattle, squeak and creak. BTW, I never said anything negative about Infiniti, I merely quote others when you said all problems are '03 and '04 related. Those quotes are from '05 and '06, and the severity of the problme is not my point. The model year of the cars is.

The point here is not whether Infiniti worst off than others. It is too assumptious to say Infiniti is the best. My 0.02
Well, I dont knwo about the SLs, but I do know lil bit about the E class, they do rattles and creak perheps not on the 05 and ups, but I certainly have be in few E class to know, not to be argumentative, I have not said "all" related to the 03~04s but "most", I dont have any squeak and creaks on the 05s except going over badly paved road or bumps...

I don't know about you, but I believe Infiniti gives you the best price, performance and value and has theee best line of cars out of any other car company out there...
If Infiniti isnt the best under those criterias then who is?

4/50k, but they only change oil every 15k, I sure hope no one paying 7k for 3 oil changes, wipers, maybe a set of brakes...

Quote: Although I agree with you that both E90 and IS looks better than G35 sedan and they might perform better on some aspect but when you compare the price? the G35 sedan offers you more car for the money.
If you want to take the price into consideration then yeah, the G is probably the best bang for your buck. but if you want to take money into great consideration, consider the new civic si. that thing is almost 100hp per liter, talk about boostin that, going to be nutz

Really? look at that price for the SI ...but for around 21k, would RSX-S be a good choice as well? better warranty at least.

I would take G35 (sedan/coupe), M35 and FX over its competition but not the Q or the QX.

the QX56 if you compare to the navigator, escalade, and lexus SUVs do build a better price value for power, luxury, size, and performance. the things people complain about the QX56 is the gas mileage and the brakes but what do you expect in any full size SUV.

infiniti is raising the bar and having every model be the best and also be known as a design leader in the luxury segments.

yes for years people have been wanting a lexus, bmw, or mercedes because of the brand name but the infiniti image is definitely growing stronger in the last couple of years.

i think infiniti fired the entire engineering team after they released the J30. which is probably why now thier cars are far more better looking than most.

Quote: QX is a piece of garbage, its named most unreliable car of 2005. youd have to suck really bad to beat out the cheap kias and daewoods for that honor. You buy one and you get nothing but problems. No thank you
This coming from the most unreliable source, Consumer Reports!

Why you don't agree? Look at the line up. G is the bottom of the heap. Get over it. It is OK to accept the fact
