Okay... Somone make us new keyfob's *READ*!!!!!!! (Feeler)

Am i the only one that still gets pissed everytime they see's another nissan key fob.

Some of you guys might know that our key remote is the same remote used on most of the nissan's; including maxima's and alot of other cars costing a 1/4 of what we paid for our cars.

I think nissan made a huge mistake by not changing the remote on their Flag Ship company Infiniti.

I know the 05/06's have the really sick keyless remotes, but ours are POS's.

One time in class before i learned that nissans have the same key. I saw some kid in a class i had, and said wow. i didnt realize you have a infiniti, what model do you have? "He was like what? I have a maxima dogg"

Here is my question:

Can anyone with the skills, (G352NV, or kpierson? maybe?) make us a diffrent remote that just changes the design of the keyfob and doesnt change the electronic part?

I am sure if there is enough interest we can find somone to do this for you. So everyone bug Kpierson because he would probably be the most skilled/qualified at this.

Please post your name if you would be interested.

I am not sure about the United States, but here in Canada it's the same problem, only on the 06 (not sure about the 05) it's the same key as Nissan. It pisses me off as well that I have the same key and FOB as Nissan. I have an 06 coupe and when I picked her up, I was told that the sexy one is only available on the sedans....dammit.

I'm in.

if it were to add a function like keyless push start, I would be interested. but just to have an infiniti specific key-fob with absolutely no new functions? probably not. I was going to say it would be a waste of money, then I remembered I spent $4000 on wheels, which is a huge waste of money. good luck with it.
