Whats a good price to have this done? I found a place in So Cal that will do all 4 for $500 dollars.

 

I have no idea of the going rate, but that certainly sounds reasonable to me.

 

I see it usually about 3-400 max

$500 sound like a lot. Usually I've seen wheels powdercoated for like $75-100/wheel. You do the math

 

What color were you thinking?

And does anyone have pics of a final powdercoat on the OEM 19's with the polished lip?

 

He also wants the lip's to be polished, that's gonna cost some extra $$$

There's a place off the 91 and Kraemer in Placentia that does powder coating. I've never seen their work personally but heard somewhere on this board that they do quality work.

Where are you getting them done. I have had two set of rims powdercoated in Southern Cali. It really makes a difference on where you go. AND GET THE CLEAR COAT, if they OFFER A DOUBLE CLEAR DO IT.....It's worth all the money in the world. Stay away from AAA Clear coating in El Monte. HORRIBLE work.

500 sounds reasonable if your going to polish the lips. in dallas its only 200 for a set, but i know your paying socal prices.
