Gas wont go in my tank! This a known problem?

I went to fill up my tank today... and about a gallon of gas just poured out onto the side of my car. My tank will only fill up about 3/4 of the way. I THINK i remember reading something about people having problems with something like this, but i also believe it was something that started after 04's. I wanna say it was people with 05's having to take 10 minutes to fill up their entire tank or something... but it seemed like a known and common problem with design or something. Can someone enlighted me as to what this could be?

BY the way.. i called my dealership trying to tell them what was going on and after being transfered about 10 times and then getting disconnected and having to call back... i said the sentence "could i please just make a damn appointment" and so the lady i was talking to transfered me to someone else who gave me a lecture about "cussing people out".... instead of helping me out... so i just hung up. oh yeah and another thing... i purchased about $200,000 worth of cars in one year there about a year ago AND just got my car back from having $15,000 worth of body work done at this dealership... i thought theyd be more worried about getting us to buy more cars there after we start trading these in (within the next year)... but apparently saying the word "damn" is a deal breaker and they dont want to do business with me anymore

This is a known problem...there is a TSB for this problem, so the dealer will fix it no charge.
My '05 has had the problem a few times. Normally it goes away if I just slow the flow down to a trickle for several seconds.

From: Trolling a forum near u.... (T.O.)
yeah.. i had the same problem on my car. here's the tsb:
http://www.infinitihelp.com/Ownershi.../ITB05-031.htm
my dealer gave me slack over this fix too... claimed he never heard of it and told me it was the way i was pumping or something. i printed the tsb came back and stuffed it down his throat... never got an apology from him or anything. dealer's would rather ream u out then try to solve a problem. don't sweat it... just go out and prove them wrong.

well this dealer is honestly REALLY good to me and my family normally because we own so many infinitis and told them that we will buy more and we buy new cars every 2-3 years..... and this is just really uncharacteristic of them. I called my service consultant and left him a message and also said "i called the dealership and after being transfered 7 times and a dropped call... i just decided that id call you" I was actually REALLLY nice on this phone call because our service consultant (Richard Walker if your at North Houston Infiniti) is really awsome. I dont like any of the other consultants actually... but this guy is REALLY good. I actually didnt think that he'd do anything about me saying that i got transfered a bunch and it was unproductive... but i guess he told the guy who runs the dealership, who called me to apologize personally. So at least i feel better because something happened
