The purpose of ABS is that it is a computer controlled "pumping or modulation " of the brakes to prevent them from locking up. Try it on a clear roadway void of traffic. Take it up to 20-30MPH and slam on the brakes. They should not lock up! You will feel the ABS kick in and you will feel pulsations in the brake pedal. The biggest mistake people make is trying to modulate brakes that are ABS equipped. Let the computer do the work! LOL

heel-toeing is very easy in the G as compared to other vehicles IMO...i wear a size 11.5...nice video, thats the same way i do it, but like in super fast-forward...there's this awesome 90 degree sweeper of an exit ramp on my way home from work that i hit every day and i come blazing out of that turn...i never knew how well balanced a car would feel when properly heel-toeing, u should not feel the car jerk in any direction, just a smooth transition thru the turn...does anyone hear a whinning noise though when they match RPM's? i have not clue what that is, the only thing i can imagine is worn out bearing or clutch...

I am a late braker when on the track. I've never locked up or had ABS kick in on me. The only time anything has locked up on me is with excessive understeer.

You can also change the pedals to make it easier to heel and toe. If you have very big or very small feet this is a great alternative. It takes a few minutes to learn but a lifetime to master. It's hard to be perfect at it all the time even the greatest race car drivers will miss once in a while.

I wear 8.5-9 size shoes, and I don't have too much of a hard time heel-toeing, though a larger accelerator pedal would make things a lot easier.

Anyone know of some decent ones? I would imagine nismo makes a set or two that would be perfect. Or I guess I could just tape a phonebook for my tiny dainty feet. Maybe a thick lead plate.
