Why do G35C owners like to race??

This is not a flame!!!

I understand the thrill of street racing as I own an '06 6mt, but fella's, our cars won't keep up with an NSX. Unless your G has some serious work don't even bother. This poor lad in a G35C who tried to keep up with me last night on the Florida Turnpike had no chance. Although, it was nice to see how a G would perform against a 12 year old NSX.

Please....It's redicilous for you to say "don't even bother"... a '94 Acura NSX is barely faster 0-60 than a G35c.

I've had a little fun with my friend's '99 NSX (3.2, not your 3.0) and he was by no means destroying me....so LOL at your comment.

racing on astreet is not racing it is just stupid.
Now if you want to race on a track you may be disapointed stock for stock.
I'm normaly racing a vette and have a G35X as an every day car.
When I bought this car I brought it to the track just to see how it was doing.
Everyone was amazed that I was able to keep up with the old M3 and beat WRX. I also pass STI and EVO IX but the driver were not good.
2 Stock NSX were there and I pass them quite easy.
that to say that the G35 is not ridiculous.
And on snow I bet that I do half the time you will do on any road pass cover of snow.

Probably. I was pushing my 05 Murano to keep up with the CTS-V I was pacing on I-75 between Naples and Ft. Lauderdale. I had no chance but, it was still a blast.

the NSX is not a full performance just made for drag racing ... it is an all around truly an amazing all aluminum car. my friend owned the purple NSX on all the mischeif videos and it was definitely a fun factor to drive it. not all the power in the world but hey with some small comptech mods its a sick weeekend car
