I think the filing fee for small claims is $25 or so. At least it was a couple of years ago. The process is really easy suprisingly, I'd suggest filing for the maximum of $5000. This will deffinately get they're attention, and will leave room for any "damages" you may incur because of this situation(PP fees, ebay fees, missed work wages etc). However, if you go before a judge he will determine the amount to be awarded to you from the $5000 if your claim is found to be legit. If you goto arbitration, then you can talk to them face to face with arbitrators, they will help come to a reasonable resolution that is amicable for both parties. But hey, if you have enough evidence to slam dunk this thing then dont goto arbitration and go straight for the judge. He will take care of you better in terms of awarding you money for all of this mess. ALSO, if they dont show up in court on the subpoenaed date, guess what!? You win by default! Thats why you sue for the max of $5000 just in case they dont show! Another thing, if you have any questions feel free to PM me. I have experience with this sort of thing for similar issues. Good luck!

So as of right now this is where everything stands.
The transaction was between myself and an Unlimited Tunning employee, not Unlimited Tunning themselves. Since after this whole situation has been brought to light/web, this employee has lost his job. It was never my intent to for anyone to loose their job, for this I appalogise.
As for Unlimited Tunning Iam sorry for any negative way this has effected your business. It was never my intent to instigate nor did I ever bash your company. I have heard really good things about company and the way it is ran. I do not believe they would try to scam me out of such little money and ruin thier reputation. So for everyone on here please do not look at them under a negative perspective, please do not contact them under this matter, it will just make things worse. Unlimited Tunning is a creditable company and do treat their customers w/ respect and do not scam people. They are a great company and their Reputaion should be restored amounst all fellow and non forum members. They are not the ones to blaim they are, they just an inocent bistandard in this situation.
So please stop the negative reponces against Unlimited Tunning

If you're so concerned, why did you post this here yet again? I'm missing the point. You say that UT was an innocent bystander, and then in the next breath you say you want to take them to court. Why would you threaten to take an innocent bystander to court? Either they're liable, or they're not.

Multiple threads on this haven't solved your problem, I don't know why you thought another one would. But okay. I think it's time you file or move on. For someone who claims to be sympathetic to an innocent bystander's predicament (in this case, UT), you sure shine a lot of negative light their way.

The reason why he started saying that UT was an innocent bystander is because he probably got a letter from UT's lawyer saying that he will be sued for slander if he keeps involving UT. UT said in the first post about this crap, that they weren't involved and it was an employee, but he persisted in using their name in every thread they got tired of it and got their lawyer to write a nice letter to him.

Yes, after looking further into it ,it was UT employee, not UT as a company. So they have nothing to do w/ this situation in actuality. Iam sorry if anyone misunderstood.

It sounds like YOU misunderstood. If I were UT, I'd be taking YOU to court. Just look at the title of your thread.

Exactly. Guy35- You need to go on EVERY G35 WEBSITE IN THE WORLD, just like you did before, and publicly apologize for your slanderous actions.

Wait....you won't bother? This is exactly what I stated earlier. You can rake all the muck you want without reprisal, and UT is the one left with the stench of your "help poor Guyg35" campaign.

I'm sorry you had a bad deal. Heaven forbid you should ever have to deal with the public and potential jerks like you. If you had comported yourself in a businesslike manner from the beginning, this would have had the same result without the ****-slinging.

If UT tried to take me to court there would no basis for a law suit. The only thing they can try is for slander/libel. Which and lawyer would tell them that it would be imposible, because I only posted up true Fact and evidence. But that is besides that point..... I dont care if my reputaion on here gets ruined, the only point Iam trying to get across to you guys is that UT is not a shady company and to stop bashing them..

Funny. You posted up partial truths because you didn't have the facts. When the facts came out, you were wrong.

Your duty, as previously mentioned, is damage control for the sh!te you've slung over the 'net.

Please expend the same effort in rectifying the situation that you used in your attempt in torpedoing a business over a perceived slight.

I expect at least 50 threads on the various sites by tonight....just like you did before. Nah.....too much work to un-do, right? You got yours.

F'ing tools.......can't play by the rules....

Hilarious.

You should have conducted your business w/ UT via PM.

Dealing with people like you in the business world is like trying to clean up the monkey cage at the zoo. You may get the job done, but you're sure to have some **** slung on you in the process......
