3 Cheers For Parkway Infiniti (Valencia, Ca)

I've only had my '03 5AT Coupe for 4 weeks or so now, and I just read yesterday about the '03+'04 Sedan and 5AT Coupe 36 month/36k mile brake warranty. By coincidence, my brakes started squeaking about 300 miles ago. They looked fine at a glance, but I figured I'd check with the service department to see if they were under warranty or not (27k miles, but I didn't know when the in-service date was, as I am not the original owner) I was out of warranty by 3 months, but the pads had been replaced less than 5,000 miles ago, so she (Liz) told me that they could check them, and see if they could replace the pads under a parts warranty. Turns out, they were able to do that, but the rotors were out of spec (too thin). I told her that I would wait on the rotors as I am a little shy on funds at the moment and I could find them at everythingg35.com for almost half what they were asking. Anyway, I go to pick my car up, and they changed the rotors anyway at no charge. This is not the first time the service department has taken good care of me, even though I have never spent any money there. Just thought that anyone in the L.A./San Fernando/Santa Clarita area that needs a good dealership might want to know. It might be worth a drive.

A big thanks to the folks at Parkway Infiniti!!!

Wow... that's the first time I have ever heard of any service department taking care of somebody. I definately didn't experience that at Honda.
