Does the stock 06 Nav show current speed?

Hi guys -

About to pick up my G35 and I was wondering if the VIS on the NAV shows the current speed? I know it shows the gas mileage stats, etc, but I'd love to see the digital speed read-out.

Thanks
-Chris

Wow, it doesn't? I can't see why it wouldn't be able to. My hand-held Magellan GPS shows my current speed

I was silly and bought the NAV, it has come in handy perhaps 6 times over the life of the car. Is it worth it? Not for me, but maybe for some people. It was a $2000 option when I got the car, what is it now?

Does anyone know how to get info on the tire pressure? It's advertise to be able to display it, but I can't find it.

BTW, i don't think everyone is paying $1800 for the navi, unless they are paying sticker price for the car. Most people are paying invoice and some change for the car, which means that are paing invoice and some change for the navi...

I use mine to watch DVD's in addition to the Nav.

The Navigation package cast a a bit more but it is functional and cool. It really is one of the better factory nav units in terms of function and style. I love mine and it makes the car that much more fun.
