Looks like everything that was bad about the 90's body color painted rims. Don't do it, its ooooogly.

I like them. Normally I am a bit more reserved in style but blue is a hot color.

Leave Em Alone, Because Eventually The Paint Will Chip Because It Will Never Adhere Right, And Then They Will Look Like ****. Please Leave The Malone, You Will Save Yourself Alot Of Agrivation.
