oem aluminum pedal
Re: oem aluminum pedal
Very Easy!! Grab a bucket of hot water and throw the break n clutch pedals in em for a while to soften the rubber. Remove the stock pads, takes a little um "finessing". The new ones slip over, I did mine by using 2 flathead screwdrivevers to work the lip of the pedal over the METAL pedal attached to the car. Gas pedal is fairly simple, crawl unde rthe dash and take a look at the clip, u'll see how to disengage it. Ur new pedal has a clip too. When u get the stock one off, slap the new one on with the new supplied clip and ur good to go.
Dead pedal, i forgot exactly but there is a big slot that you turn to disengage the dead pedal from the floor, fuss with it a bit and pull that fu.....sucker off. New one install via reverse instructions!
It's pretty self explanatory once u get in there. Only tips i knw is either a hair dryer or bucket of water to soften the new pads. FYI - Don't use both!!! It would be hairr aising!!
