I thought there was a law, or something that if u did it you can get heavily fined because of reselling the car?!?! Someone told me that, i forgot who but umm..

Of course there is a law against it but that doesn't mean that it still doesn't happen. Of course remember they check your mileage every time you get an inspection so if you go to get one and drove negative miles since you last so to speak you gonna have some splainin to do....
