Well I dunno how much more I can take. I have till the end of April to decide and the heavy weight of this decision just eats at my soul...day and night..and ..night and day...Life should not have to be this rough.

I am leaning toward the Lex GS300 AWD (430's dont come awd). But yeah, the Infinitis interior and exterior looks so jaw-dropping. Lexus interior looks plastic with that shiny wood. Infiniti has that non-glossy rosewood. The way REAL wood should look in ALL pricey autos. When I sat in the M, I almost caught wood off that wood but wouldn't (haaaaaaaaa).

Speaking of which I just saw the '06 GS300 in front of my house. It needs time to grow on me. It looks so smoooooooooooooooooth!! One door ding will eff it up entirely.

Infiniti's look agressive naturally, so door dings dont look as bad. They just look like battle scars. Things we can make up all sorts of stories about...

For more info read the may issue of the Car and Driver, they did a nice comparison test.
Cars tested:
Acura RL
Audi A6 4.2
BMW 530i
Cadillac STS V-8
Infiniti M45
Jaguar S-type 4.2
Lexus GS430
Mercerdes E350

You might be surprised at the finishing order
