As far as the sales team at atlantic. I got my car through a black gentleman Philip. He was really nice to me. Even better and more polite then the sales manager. If it wasnt for philip i would have wound up in jail for smacking the **** out of someone there... back when i was getting my car.

Phil is definitely a nice guy and again I mean I personally have had great experiences with Atlantic's sales team from danny to carrie to phil, james. They have treated me good and I've gotten 3 vehicles from them myself. My family has gotten other cars from them too. But their service is $hitty and beyond. Its terrrible how they do people and its not right. I mean not only does it reflect on the service dept, but also on the sales team which is probably not fair. Drew I hope this shiet gets worked out. And they should double the amount on rims for all the bs you had to go through to get some proper attention.

3K already looked into it! I currently have a claim or whatever in with the BBB and unfortunately work has been so busy, I haven't had time to call Corporate. I called them once before for something else and they sucked so I doubt anything will change! We shall see.

My AI experience-

I got an 03 from them a year ago. I wasn't even thinking about getting a car, just wanted to look at an 03 they had for 19G's. as soon as I got into it, it reeked of cigarettes, no manual, plus the tires were bald & had lumps. I brought it to thier attention and pretended not to smell it. I wanted to buy, but it wasn't my intent to buy at that time. they pushed and pushed and pushed....they dropped the price to 17. I got it. After multiple attempts to get new tires and a manual, I gave up shortly after my calls were not returned. Two months later, the Low beams go out. when I go to replace the bulbs, I find that the wire had been spliced, leading me to believe that the car once had HID bulbs.

Although a lot of this is minor and my fault for buying, I'm not happy with thier service at all. I've since then fixed all the problems myself as I will never want to have to deal with them again.

UPDATE: HEard back from BBB and here is the response from those FCUKIN LIARS and BS artists at ATLANTIC INFINITI!!!

Atlantic Infiniti Limited has offered the following as its final position in response to our dispute resolution efforts:

COMPANY RESPONSE states: Mr. Carter brought his car in for service. A check in sheet was done. Mr. Carter was made aware of the damage and signed the check in sheet. Picked up his car everything was OK, then a couple of days later he came back complaining about his wheels being damaged, he stated there was another scratch. As a courtesy called a wheel repair person to look at his wheels, they stated they could not be repaired. He wants us to pay for replacements. We refused to do that. We did not damage his wheels the wheels were already scratched before we touched his car.

OMG!!! Are you kidding me!!!

Check in sheet - YES, I pointed out the minuscule nicks on 2 wheels when the tire was installed. They were barely noticeable, but I try to be as honest as possible! The friggin dude wrote marks on the sheet over the entire wheel, and yes, I think it's my fault for signing that when it wasn't nearly correct!

I never picked up my car with "everything ok"...what a load of crap! I took the loaner there at night and REFUSED to pick up the car b/c of the damage!!! Does BOB DOLAN forget the convo we had at 7:40AM Thursday after me refusing to pick up the car Wednesday Night!!!!!! VANCE & AL can attest to the fact that I REFUSED to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday!

After a discussion that I had with Bob in which he was rude, he later spoke with AL and agreed to fix the wheels! That's when I wanted my car back so I picked it up Saturday and took off the front wheels and left them there since they agreed to fix!

When they couldn't be fixed, Bob asked how to resolve (Now, if they didn't do the damage, why would they offer that). I asked that the wheels are returned to me in the same condition I brought them in as! Since they can't be fixed, BOB said theyw ould replace them. That's why he asked me for size, make, model, etc!!!

Time to step up the game! I am not letting them get away with this BULL$HIT!!!
