Hi guys,

I dont mean to barge in, but I wanted to see the interest level in holding this event at Centinneal Park in Maryland.

Holding the event at this date would hopefully ensure us nice weather, and secondly, we would have our own section of the park with shelter and space for games such as basketball etc....

A few members and sponsors will be covering the cost of the park rental so you need not worry about that. All that we will post up closer to event time is a food list.

I know not everyone can make this date, but I did want to plan it in warm weather along with not bumping heads with other big events coming up that month and the month after.

I hope to see you all there. We put the location in MD so that no one has to drive all the way to VA for the event. I believe its the best medium for all of us.

my old roommates from college are from DC/VA, maybe i'll visit them for the weekend and come out.... coupin, road trip time?

I hope that by having this in maryland it can accomodate most. the Pavilion can hold a lot of people.

 

we are shooting for nothern MD, as close to PA boarder as possible. so its in the middle for everyone. lets not forget, the caravan to go there is half the fun! so VA folks wants to drive a little too.
