Fuel and the payment are killing me. As much as I LOVE this car its gotta go. I'm located in south jersey outside philly, testdrives welcome joyrides aren't. There still is a note on the car, not sure HOW exactly that would work but I'm sure my bank and buyers bank can work out the details.
ivory pearl g35 coupe with 16,500 miles.
-navi
-sunroof
-sports package with 19"s
-bose
-stone leather
-wing
-underbody defuser stuff
-17" alloy wheels (gunmetal) from tire rack with blizzaks
Car was and is garage kept, never smoked in, zanio'd as often as needed and weather would alloy. I will post pics later this week when it gets warm enough to clean the car and make it pretty. Pictures WILL show the snows, and I will post older pics of the car with the summer shoes.
OK now the details. Car has been maintained by dealer with all service records. TSB done last year for the rear axle click, very small hole in perf on passenger seat, and small knick on the driver side little front kick panel thingie behind the front wheel.

I'm in no hurry the fit's are 6-8 weeks out so that is no big deal, if it would just stop SNOWING I could ride my ducati to work. I still have to find out what you have to do to sell a car that still has a lien on it, that satisfies the buyer and my bank and makes everyone comfortable and happy.
For anyone checking out my car, these are from when it was warmer out, my car is filthy right now cause of the wonderful snow on the ground, that and lately I work till 7-8 lately at night and using a DIY car wash place woudl result in a frozen car. If it warms up so I can wash it I will post pics of the nick on that mud flap thingie and the small tear in the seat.

As long as the buyer is ok with it, have the buyer pay, then you use that to pay off the lien and get the title and then turnover/ship the car plus title to the buyer.
Dev thanks for the info.
Noob I don't mind telling ya, may payment is like 500 a month, and that was after getting said car at invoice and putting cash down on it.....
I just realized that I don't need a expensive car to show my self worth, thats what my ducati is for ;-)
I have two toys basically, my one car and my motorcycle. I'm 26 and want to buy my gf a ring and start to put money into my place. So if I can flip this into a honda fit which is supprisingly fun to drive, runs forever on a tank of gas AND is cheaper per month to own and insure I'm all for it.
growing up sucks

If you there is still a lien, you could just have the buyer go to the bank with you and complete the deal. You would create a Bill of Sale, which basically says you're selling him the car, but both of you would go to the bank so that the buyer can hand over the money to pay it off and then get the title assigned to them. I'm pretty sure that's how it works. But I could be completely wrong...

OR....you can just call the dealership that you originally bought that car from and ask them if they can help you out and do what we call an "in-and-out" for you...you take the car in and the dealership pretty much buys the vehicle for whatever you agree to sell the car to the buyer for, and then turn around and sign the buyer up @ the agreed price and get the buyer financed for you and him, so your buyer doesn't have to worry about going out and trying to get financed by some bank out there....the dealership will pay off your vehicle depending on what the payoff is and cut you a check for the difference...they may charge you a small fee (we charge $300), and you guys don't have to worry about the legal mambo jambo....
