How long have you had the car? Who did most of the work on it and has it been in any wrecks while you've owned it (some won't show up in the carfax)? At what speed does the steering start shaking? Any rattles? Any wheel bearing work done within the list 20k miles? How much without smog etc? (I'm in Oregon...don't have that here.)
