2006 OB 5AT Coupe 84k Miles
Hi Guys!
I am located in Greenville, South Carolina and I am looking to sell my 2006 Obsidian Black G35 5AT Coupe. It currently has 84,XXX miles on it and it is a CLEAN title. I am looking to sell it as is and I will throw in the stock wheels with tires (although they are pretty old and have been in storage for a while). My reason for selling is that I bought a Mercedes C63 AMG back in 2012 for a daily and I have been driving that more. Also, between school, work, and other situations; the G35 has become more of a garage queen that would see the road once every one to two weeks. With that being said, I have managed to keep it maintained. But I am at the point in my life where I am ready to consolidate my garage and move onto something newer. For the sake of saving you time with this for sale ad, I will get straight to the details.
The good:
Car runs great and has had no oil consumption issues what-so-ever.
Non-smoker/Non-Vaper (Not sure if that is a thing now, but I figured Id include that anyway)
Lowered on BC Racing Coils (great ride quality)
SPC front and rear arms
Neo-Chrome Project Kik lug nuts w/ spinning seat
Burning Black Work VS-XXs wrapped in Nitto NeoGens in fair condition (Front: 19x9.5 +4 via 15mm Ichiba spacer, Rear: 19x10.5 +17)
Kenwood Double-Din with Ipod/Iphone and Bluetooth connectivity and working steering wheel controls. Double-Din is also rigged so that movies can play while the car is in motion.
Low mileage compared to a lot of 2006 models on the market.
OEM Lip (The lip is in some of the pictures, but not all)
The not-so-good:
I got this car back when I was in high school and it stayed with me throughout the rest of my HS and, my entire college career. Therefore, the interior needs some TLC as there are rips in the leather on the arm-rest as well as in the drivers seat. All of which can be fixed easily.
Seat motors in both seats have malfunctioned and have stopped working altogether (Driver seat CAN be raised and lowered). As a result, there is a clicking noise that comes from underneath the seat when driving.
There are some minor dings and scratches (not deep)
Rear, passenger side wheel has a small amount of curb rash
The not-so-good portion can all be resolved with a good detail/cleaning and some minor maintenance that can be done on a Saturday or a day off. This is the most reliable car I have owned and will always hold a special place in my heart. It kills me to see it in the garage when it could be in the hands of another lucky person who can enjoy it.
I am asking $10,000. NO TRADES please. I find the price pretty reasonable as the wheels and other suspension components can be sold to recoup you almost 50% of the asking price. I AM OPEN TO NEGOTIATIONS but I am not stupid, so please respect my time and I will respect yours!
For contact information, please PM me!
Thank you for taking the time to read my post!
