i owned a tt 300z fifteen years ago. loved the car and imo believe the horsepower and torqe rating were stated way below actual numbers. i remember test driving it with a salesman pushing 250lbs. doing 20mph in first gear, i could light the tires and slide the back end out on a straigtaway.

anyway, a friend of mine always wanted one and finally picked up a 93 tt last year. i have his car for the weekend doing some mods on it and right now, it's parked next to my g. now, i know it has been a long time since i had mine, but i always thought the two were similar in size (maybe a little smaller since the z is a 2 seater), only to see that the z is about 10" shorter in height, and a good 18"-20" shorter in length. the coupe just looks huge comparing the two.

 

cars have gotten bigger as time passes by that's the way I see it..
