Rear defroster

Guys I need an answer on a simple issue, when I put my rear defroster on it would come on for 15 minutes and then turn itself off but now it stays on all them time until I shut it off, is there an option for how long it stays on or is it messing up. I would like to see if anyone knows so that I can get it booked into the shop tomorrow.
Thanks.

Yeah mine does that now but before it would shut off after 15 minutes, I am wondering if there is an option to change this and I somehow changed it without knowing
Thanks.

It's supposed to turn off after ~15 minutes. I don't think it's configurable. How long have you waited in determining that it's not working?

Ok guys I have been searching the forum and found nothing. I have an 03.5 6mt and am having an issue with the rear defroster. I live in Tampa\Clearwater FL, so its not like ice is an issue here. However the last few mornings I have come out and there is a lot of dew on the rear window. So I get in the car and do what I think will turn on the rear defroster and go on my way to work. Well NOTHING EVER HAPPENS. Nothing is ever evaporated off the back window. I cant see ANYTHING out of it. I know I could go back there and wipe it off but that is not the point. Anybody out there have any idea's what could be up? I buought the car used and it does have tint on the window but I don't think that is getting in the way. HELP PLEASE......
