2) Test Pipes - 400
3) Exhaust (Stillen, shown with most gains) - 900-100
Those, will get you the gains you want....
Hi-flow cats, are just that, high flowing catalytic converters. Test pipes, are better than hi-flows because there is NO restriction whatsoever, just a pipe. The downside to that, is that they come with some small rasp in the exhaust sound, given that you get the resonated ones that minimize the rasp as much as possible. If you want 30-40 whp gains, get what I said in my list....not much else you can do...
