Strange Clutch Problem

Strange Clutch Problem
I'm having some clutch problems, and I'd like some input. I backed out of my driveway yesterday, and when I released the clutch pedal after engaging first gear, it didn't completely disengage. I've never experienced this in my G or any other car, but the pedal actually stayed partially depressed for a second or two. By the time I figured out what was going on, I could already smell it burning. It doesn't seem to be slipping too bad, but I could smell it every time I started from a dead stop. I'm concern it may have caused some permanent damage.
The car is two years old, but it has less than 5,000 miles on it. I drive aggressively at times, but I do not abuse my clutch at all. Has anybody else had this problem? It sounds like it should be a warranty issue, but how would I prove it wasn't caused by riding the clutch?

I found what I was looking for. At least I know it isn't just me. Now what to do about it?
