For Whom the Bell Tolls.

She was taken from me at such a young age. 2005 G35 (AT), Purchased May 2005.

Some kids driving fast and furious on a rural road lost control and almost killed me. All I suffered was a broken hand. If there is a god, Thank God I'm ok. But my car "my precious", is no more.

Now, since this colision is clearly the result of ), excessive speed and wreckless driving, (Why do they call it "wreckless" when it clearly resulted in a wreck. It should be called "wreckful" driving). Any how, how can I expect to be reimbursed for the "Totalling" of my Car. Is it common for the Insurance company to pay what is owed, or what was the value of the car a minute before some jackasses killed it. Or better yet, will the little bastards have to buy me a new one. Please advise.

Oh gawd, that sucks man.... Sorry, I am glad you are OK... It looks like the "G" preformed incrdible in the accident for you though!!!... The front crumple zone looks like it did a great job and the passanger compartment is still intact!

Good luck with the insurance Co. They should give you fair value for the car.

Driver was 16. No injury that I know of. Passenger was 15, poor kid had a deep, DEEP Gash on the outside of his right thigh. Almost looked like it went right down to his femur. Looked like a shark bite almost. All meat and fat exposed. Not something surface stiches will fix anyhow.

They are talking about raising the driving age here in MA to 17.5. From what I've seen on the roads and heard in the news it's a good idea. IMO really should be 18 or better yet 21.

Glad you're okay!
