Subtle clicking/creaking after dyno runs
After I dynoed my car (4 wheel on rollers--watched the techs do it and they seemed professional--they harnessed the car down, checked tire pressure, etc.)--Anyways a day or so later, I get this weird clicking/creaking noise from the front right of the car. This only occurs when the car is moving and I turn the steering wheel to the right. I dunno if it is an axel or what--but I have never heard this kind of sound before (although I have had my fair share of rattles).
Does anyone think this sound could be the result of the dyno or my stillen sways? Performance does not seem affected, but the sound suks---I'm gonna point it out to the dealer next time I'm there, but I hope service does not blame the dyno or my stillen sways. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated...

I actually had a tech from my dealer check out the noise and he claims it is an internal creak that can only be fixed if inside panels are pulled out/working around airbags--said it was risky and might cause more noise later on when fixing the previous clicking. So I said **** it and turn up the stereo to 20
